Refund policy:

Customer has 10 days after receipt of product to report any damaged goods or manufacturer’s defects.

Return policy:

Returns are only accepted for damaged goods or manufacturer’s defects. 

Cancellation policy:

Once the order is placed, it may still be cancelled if the product has not been custom imprinted, although there will be a with cancellation/restocking fee.  Once the product has already been custom imprinted, no cancellation is possible.
